In the event you need to cancel your Booking, you should contact the Host (via the Styled Home Studios messaging platform) with as much notice as possible. The shorter the notice you provide, the lower the refund you will be entitled to, as follows: If you cancel more than 7 days before your booking, you will be refunded the full booking price (less the 8% Service Charge). If you cancel your Booking between 48 hours and 7 days before your Booking, you will be refunded 50% of the booking Charge (less the 8% Service Charge). If you cancel your Booking within 48 hours of the Booking, you forfeit the full Booking Price + 8% service charge. On the rare occasion where a Host must cancel a booking you will not be charged.
