Can I modify my event details after booking?

Yes, but any changes (e.g., guest count, event duration, vendors) must be approved by the property owner first. Your booking can be edited inside your Styled Home Studios account.

Are there rules around event timing?

Yes, events must take place within the agreed time frame. Overtime is automatically charged at 1.5 x the hourly rate and must be added to your booking before the end of the event.

Do I need insurance to host an event?

Yes, you must provide proof of general liability insurance with a minimum cover of £1,000,000. Bookings may be canceled without a refund if valid insurance documentation is not provided.



What does my event booking cover?

To keep things simple all rates for event bookings are for dry hire (the use of the location only). Any additional or external services like catering will need to be discussed with the owner and arranged separately.



What sort of events can be held in your locations?

At Styled Home Studios our beautifully designed spaces are perfect for small gatherings and exclusive events, such as product launches, influencer events, workshops, or team co-working days. Please give details of your event to your Host ahead of booking to be sure that they are happy to accommodate you. 



Who owns the content of my listing?

You retain ownership of your content, but by listing with us, you grant Styled Home Studios permission to promote your profile across our platform and social media.



How does the Directory work?

You create a listing showcasing your services. Potential clients can discover and contact you directly via the contact information you provide in your listing. This includes your email, telephone (if desired) and social media links.
